Job Description :

• Patient facing, first person the patient sees when they walk in create a warm, welcoming environment for all
• Check patients in and verify demographic information
• Verify that their insurance is both accurate and active
• Facilitates copay collection
• Assist with scheduling follow up appointment
• Right hand to our clinical partners - help oversee the daily flow of the clinic for a seamless patient experience

Must Haves :

• 2 years of work experience
• Empathetic and compassionate
• Strong computer skills
